Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777rk Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms apply alongside any other policies published on 777rk, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific policy and these Terms, the specific policy governs for the subject matter it covers.

Eligibility

Access to 777rk and the ability to open a real-money Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 777rk is strictly an adults-only platform. We verify age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance returned to the funding source after investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 777rk from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any guardianship, legal restriction, or court order that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to open an Account.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been previously self-excluded, banned, or otherwise excluded from 777rk or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on 777rk at any time. Registering a second Account — whether under the same identity or a different one — is a material breach of these Terms.

777rk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Registration

To place real-money bets or access real-money casino games on 777rk, you must register a verified Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

777rk may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing a reason. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee Account approval.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address. Real-money activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is not available until your Account has passed the initial verification step. Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

777rk strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account from the security settings menu.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never respond to unsolicited requests for your password or account details, including communications purporting to be from 777rk — we will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777rk support immediately. We will temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation. 777rk cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits

All deposits on 777rk are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to a third party — including a family member — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Under normal operating conditions, deposits are credited to your Account in under 60 seconds. In the event of a technical delay affecting a deposit, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. 777rk is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

777rk does not charge a deposit fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; these are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team following KYC verification.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

1. Your Account must have passed full KYC verification (photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification).
2. Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before real-money funds can be withdrawn.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied).
4. No outstanding compliance hold or security review must be active on your Account at the time of the request.

Once approved, 777rk processes withdrawals in under 3 minutes to all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Actual receipt of funds may be subject to your bank's own processing times, which are outside 777rk's control.

Minimum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the cashier section. There is no withdrawal fee charged by 777rk. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed in the cashier and may be updated from time to time.

Bonuses & Promotions

777rk offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the Champions League, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim promotional offers.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is wagered first unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is stated on each promotion page. Wagering on live casino games, certain table games, or specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate — the eligible game list and contribution percentages are published alongside each offer.
• Placing bets larger than the stated maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Fund and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account.
• 777rk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are actively wagering it, any wagering progress made to that point will be credited proportionally at 777rk's discretion.

Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts, opening duplicate accounts to claim the same offer, or using automated betting strategies designed to reduce variance while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 777rk are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules govern.

Key general rules are as follows:

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 results as confirmed by PSSI, EPL results as confirmed by the Premier League, Champions League results as confirmed by UEFA). In the event of a result dispute, 777rk's decision — made after reviewing all available official sources — is final.
• Live betting: Bets accepted after an event has started reflect the live state of the event at the time of acceptance. 777rk does not guarantee the availability of live betting markets and may suspend or restrict markets at any time.
• Slot games: Slot outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published in the game information panel. 777rk does not manipulate RTP at the platform level.
• Live casino: Live dealer games streamed to 777rk players are operated by certified third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). The rules of each table game — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and sicbo (a traditional dice game popular across Southeast Asia) — are displayed within the live game interface.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void at 777rk's discretion if the event is abandoned, if the market was offered in error, or if there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets have their stake returned to the player's Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777rk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — or facilitating prohibited conduct by a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one Account on 777rk, including under a different name, email address, device, or IP address.
• Providing false or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity — including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering — to deposit on the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to place bets that you know or reasonably should know to be erroneous.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with the Platform, or circumvent security controls.
• Engaging in match fixing, event manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Facilitating access to 777rk on behalf of individuals who are ineligible to hold an Account, including minors and self-excluded players.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777rk staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access 777rk systems, databases, or code in any unauthorised manner.

Responsible Gaming

777rk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard. These tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion is irreversible. 777rk will not reopen a self-excluded Account under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777rk Platform — including but not limited to the 777rk brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777rk or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777rk.
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining any portion of the Platform by automated means.
• Using the 777rk name, logo, or branding in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or third-party websites — without express written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

Game content (slot titles, live studio streams, card game interfaces) is licensed to 777rk by third-party studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any reproduction or public performance of game content without authorisation from the relevant studio is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777rk excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

777rk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if 777rk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyberattacks, or events beyond 777rk's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations resulting from technical faults — in such cases, 777rk reserves the right to void affected bets and restore balances to their pre-error state.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security as required under Clause 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777rk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing exclusions, 777rk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits you made to the Platform in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 777rk Platform, you should first contact our customer support team by email at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our Compliance Department by clearly marking your email "Formal Complaint — Escalation". The Compliance Department will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally and involves the settlement of a bet or game outcome, 777rk may refer the matter to an independent technical review by the relevant game provider or sports data provider, whose determination shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the correct outcome.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under Clause 15.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which 777rk holds its international operating licence. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of 777rk complies with all applicable local laws. 777rk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Amendments

777rk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms at https://777rk.vu/terms-conditions and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where possible, we will provide notice of significant changes via your registered email address or via an on-platform notification at login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
